1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours after payment is received unless items are on backorder which may or may not be stated. Motoclaw reserves the right to have to state whether an item is on backorder or not which includes throttle peg kits but is not limited to what is stated. most items however are stocked, refer to point 1a for guage.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • We offer standard and express shipping options. Delivery times vary based on your location and chosen shipping method.

  • Estimated delivery timeframes will be displayed at checkout. These are estimates only and not guaranteed.

  • MotoClaw is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on order weight, size, and destination.

  • Any applicable taxes, customs duties, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Tracking updates depend on the courier and may take up to 48 hours to appear.

5. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

  • MotoClaw is not liable for lost or undeliverable packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.

6. Damaged or Missing Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged, missing items, or has been lost in transit, please contact us within [3 days] of delivery.

  • Claims must include photo or video evidence for damaged packages.
